By accessing or using PartyPhotos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PartyPhotos provides a platform for event hosts to collect and share photos from their events. Guests can upload photos by scanning a QR code without creating an account.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Upload malware or other malicious files

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant PartyPhotos a limited license to store, display, and distribute the content as part of the service. Event hosts are responsible for moderating content uploaded to their events.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. One-time plans are non-refundable after event activation. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with access continuing until the end of the billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

PartyPhotos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
